Add 200gm Garlic Naan Premix, 2 Tbs oil, 2 Tbs curd & Luke warm water to knead into dough for at least 5 minutes, Allow the dough to rest for 1 hour covering it with damp muslin cloth at a warm place. Roll into oval shape naan by pressing against the finely chopped fresh coriander, cushed garlic and kalongi (Optional).
Brush the water on the other side, place on a hot tawa so that it will stick well & Turn the tawa upside down. Cook until the naan starts to bubble & Turns golden brown. Brush with melted butter and enjoy gluten free garlic naan at home!
